Refund Policy

1. Consulting and Strategy Calls

All initial growth strategy sessions, business audits, and phone consultations provided by Komal Digital Solutions are free of charge. No billing occurs for exploratory calls.

2. Setup Fees and Service Fees

Service agreements, setup costs, performance campaign fees, and automation build milestones are explicitly documented in individual contracts.

Since our services involve custom layout builds, technical setups (CRM, pixels, API pipelines), and manual execution hours, service fees paid are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Advertising Budgets

Ad spend is paid directly by the client to the advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads). Komal Digital Solutions does not collect or hold advertising budgets. We are not responsible for refunds of budgets spent on external platforms.

4. Disagreements or Cancellation

If you are unsatisfied with our support or campaign management execution, please contact your project manager. Clients can request contract termination or adjustments in writing according to the notice periods defined in their service agreements.
